How Do You Deal With Negative Feedback?

Someone recently asked if I have ever received negative feedback and how I dealt with it (and still do!). As we move to a more connected, interactive, communicative and collaborative world, it’s imperative that we learn how to deal with feedback, especially negative feedback. Thanks to social media it's easy for anyone to say anything to you . We can all expect to see more feedback on Twitter, Facebook, blogs, and anywhere else we have a profile. Hopefully most of this feedback will be positive but some of it will be negative and we must all learn how to deal with it.
