It would be easy to assume, given the proportion of mindshare that Salesforce.com seems to have in the customer relationship management (CRM), that there is only one cloud CRM in existence. The reality is somewhat different however and despite Salesforce's undeniable momentum and size, there are other solutions that organizations use. One of the bigger Salesforce competitors is Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Given this fact it should come as no surprise to see third party solutions integrate with the Redmond offering.
