Controversial U.S. Sports Gambling Law Turns 22 Today

Today marks the twenty-second anniversary of President George H.W. Bush signing into law the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act -- the very act cited by a U.S. District Court on Friday to prohibit the State of New Jersey from allowing sports gambling at its Monmouth County racetrack.
