JetBlue And The Power Of Some Simple Social Engagement

I fly well over a quarter of a million miles a year. Given that I live in New Zealand, and much of my travel is to the US, much of that travel is with Air New Zealand, the only airline flying the New Zealand to US route. Air New Zealand is a member of Star Alliance which means that my internal US flying is generally with United, a Star Alliance partner. Other than the odd Virgin America trip, I've never really dabbled with other domestic US airlines.
