Fran Tarkenton, University Of Georgia Establish Entrepreneurship Certificate Program

Hallof Fame quarterback Fran Tarkenton has spent half a century as an entrepreneur and small business advocate. He recently partnered with his alma mater, the University of Georgia, to start a certificate program designed to help educate small business people.
